Do you ship to Singapore?
Yes! Packs and Slabs is pleased to offer international shipping to customers in Singapore. We've set up a dedicated shipping zone specifically for Singapore customers.
How much does shipping to Singapore cost?
Our standard shipping rate to Singapore is RM30.
How long will my delivery take to arrive in Singapore?
Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days from the shipment date. However, customs processing and local delivery conditions may affect the timeframe.
Do I have to pay customs fees or import duties?
For orders under SGD 400 (approximately MYR 1,240), Singapore generally does not charge import duties (this is called the "de minimis" threshold). However, Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 9% may still apply to all imported goods regardless of value.
For orders over SGD 400, both import duties and GST will apply. These charges are determined by Singapore Customs and are not included in our shipping rates. The customer is responsible for paying these fees upon delivery.
What currency will I be charged in?
All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). International customers will be charged in MYR, and your bank will handle the currency conversion. Please check with your bank for any applicable foreign transaction fees.
What if my package is held by Singapore Customs?
If your package is held, Singapore Customs will typically contact you using the phone number provided at checkout. You may need to provide additional information or pay duties and taxes before the package is released. While we’re happy to assist where possible, it is primarily the recipient’s responsibility to coordinate with customs.
